Payment Method

■Credit card *Depending on the card company's closing date, billing may take 1 to 2 months.
For details, please check your card statement.

■Cash on delivery: Please pay the product price directly in cash to the delivery company when you receive the product.
If you choose cash on delivery, we will charge you a separate cash on delivery fee in addition to the product price and shipping fee.

COD fee varies depending on the purchase amount. Shipping company: Kuroneko Yamato Purchase amount / COD fee
Less than 10,000 yen / 330 yen (tax included)
10,000 yen or more - less than 30,000 yen / 440 yen (tax included)
30,000 yen or more - less than 100,000 yen / 660 yen (tax included)

*Cash on delivery fees will be charged for each shipment.
*Cash on delivery is not available if the total amount exceeds 300,000 yen (tax included).
*Cash on delivery payments are accepted only in cash. Credit cards are not accepted.
*If you are unable to collect the product within 7 days of arrival at the delivery store due to absence or other reasons, the product will be returned to us and the order will be cancelled.
Please note that we cannot resend returned items.



About delivery method

All ordered products will be delivered by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd.'s Takkyubin service.
You can check the Yamato Transport delivery slip number and delivery status from the shipping status in "Order Information".
Please check the shipping slip number and then check the shipping status via the Yamato Transport parcel inquiry system.
We do not ship overseas, have parcels held at a branch office, or send parcels to parcel boxes.
Please be aware of this in advance.

If you have any inquiries regarding changes to delivery instructions or delivery addresses after the product has been shipped, or if the product has not arrived by the specified time, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please check the shipping slip number and contact Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. Service Center directly.



Delivery time

Delivery times will vary depending on the delivery area and time of order, but will be approximately 2 business days after ordering.
When placing your order, you can choose the delivery date and time you prefer.
*Even if you have requested a delivery date and time, delays may occur due to road traffic conditions on the day.
Please be aware of this in advance.
The earliest date and time you can specify will be the earliest delivery date and time.

Shipping Fee

Shipping costs for each order are 500 yen (tax included) nationwide.
*If the total purchase amount is 10,000 yen or more (tax included), shipping is free.
*Excluding some areas such as remote islands.



Regarding delivery date and time specification

When placing your order, you can specify the delivery date and time.
*The specified date and time are only a guide.
*Even if you have requested a delivery date and time, delays may occur due to road traffic conditions on the day.

Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations

We do not accept returns for reasons of customer convenience.
We will only accept returns and exchanges if the product is defective (e.g. broken), if the product was sent in error, or if the product was damaged during transportation.
If you would like to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us by email (info@totouch.jp) or phone (0276-55-5205) within one week of receiving the item.

We will send you a replacement item at our expense.

If an exchange is not possible due to stock shortages, we will refund you or exchange the item for an item of the same value.

In principle, cancellations will only be accepted up until the time the ordered items are packed. Please contact us by email (info@totouch.jp) or phone (0276-55-5205).
If you contact us by email, we will send you a cancellation confirmation email.
Your order will remain valid until we send you a cancellation confirmation email.
If you have not received a response from us despite having sent an email, please contact us again.



About withdrawal

If you wish to cancel your membership, please select "Cancel membership" from the inquiry form below, enter the necessary information, and then submit.
Once the cancellation procedure is complete, a representative will contact you shortly.

If you cancel your membership, all of your purchase history and customer information will be deleted. Please note that if you contact us again after canceling your membership, we may not be able to confirm the details of your inquiry.
